Article X COMMITTEES
Clause:
1. There shall be four (4) standing committees, and their charge is as
follows:
Section
a. Projects & Programme Committee:
i. Responsible for ensuring that all projects
and programmes are executed on time and
perfectly. They shall draw programmes
for approval by the executives.
b. Education & Research Committee:
ii. Responsible for all research about every
tradition, customs of the Lante Djan We
for members’ education.
c. Membership & Welfare Committee:
i. Responsible for managing the recruitment
of new members,
ii. new member orientation and
iii. verification of current member fulfillment
of requirements for good standing and
iv. members’ welfare
d. Scholarship & Job Creation Committee:
i. This committee shall be responsible for
managing the association’s scholarship and
job creation fund. All applications and
requests for support shall be lay before
them for all necessary scrutiny and
recommend to the executive for approval
ii. Take members who are unemployed
through skill training and business creation.
iii. Help individuals acquire jobs if available
2. The chairman and/or executive committee may create new
committees as it may be necessary.
