Article IX ABITRATION
Clause
1. Grievances, is any misunderstanding between two parties at the heat
of causing separation. The following measures shall be employed to
settle

1. Grievances between a Member and a Member: the two
parties shall be reached out by an arbitration committee set
by the Chairman of which one of the three member
committee shall be a Minister of the Gospel after all proves
failed when the executives had made effort.
2. Grievances between a Member and an Executive Member:
The two parties shall be called by the arbitration committee
set up by Chairman of which one of the three member
committee shall be a Minister of the Gospel.
3. Grievances between an Executive Member and another
Executive Member: At this level of grievance, the parties
shall be referred to the Board of Trustees for settlement.
